Zannini S.p.A. is able to perform precision manufacturing on mechanical machines and numerical control, both with automatic bar load, with diameters from n. 2 to n. 65, and with pieces to be divided on a robotized area with diameters of up to 100.
Moreover, Zannini S.p.a. is able to perform internally secondary manufacturing processes or to continue the production of turned pieces or pieces to be divided, using trasfer systems or resumption processing made by skilled suppliers.
Internal processes:Turning, Sieving, Assemblage, Sand-blasting, Bead-based process with the use of glass beads
External processes:Grinding, Broaching, Punching, Cutting, Folding, Squashing, Polishing

Zannini S.p.A. is able to perform heat treatments thanks to the experience of skilled international suppliers who cooperate with the company only  after having been carefully evaluated the divisions expresselly conceived
Internal processes: Induction Tempering
External processes: Tempering, Nitrotec, Carbonitridization, Cementation, Burring, Welding, Fillet brazing

Zannini S.p.A. is able to perform superficial treatments following the Customer specifications thanks to certified suppliers and thanks to its multi-year experience.
Specifically, they could be:
Chroming, Nickelling, Chemical Nickelling, Coppering,
Tinning, Dacromet, Deltatone, Gilding, Brassing, PTFE Dielectric, Galvanizing, Zinc-Iron, Anodizing
